The Finnish Border Guard is investigating more than 20 cases of fake coronavirus tests

The Finnish Border Guard is investigating more than 20 cases of fake coronavirus tests among those crossing the country’s border, the organization said on Tuesday.

Currently, everyone crossing the Finnish border must present a negative coronavirus test or a certificate of previous illness, or voluntarily and free of charge go to the testing point at the border crossing point.

“At the moment, the investigation has identified more than 20 suspected forgeries,” – said in the message.

The tests were presented at Vantaa Airport and the Port of Helsinki.

The Finnish Coast Guard also cooperates with the Estonian Border Guard, which has also identified several similar facts.
