Nordic countries bid to host UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 final

The football associations of the Nordic countries – Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, the Faroe Islands are working together to host the 2025 UEFA European Women’s Football Championship final, the Football Association of Finland reported on Friday.
“Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden have joined forces to organize the 2025 UEFA European Championship finals with the support of Iceland and the Faroe Islands,” the statement said.
The UEFA European Football Association is to nominate the host country or countries for the European Championship in December 2022.
Earlier, Poland announced that it had applied for this event, the Finnish media said.
