Finnish cooperation with St. Petersburg was discussed by President Niinistö and Governor Beglov

Bilateral cooperation between Finland and St. Petersburg was discussed on Tuesday by President Sauli Niinistö and St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov, the office of the Finnish head reports.

Beglov is on his first trip abroad; earlier on Tuesday, the governor’s press service announced his meeting with Helsinki Mayor.

“President Sauli Niinistö met with the governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, on Tuesday, December 3…. At the meeting, the president and the governor discussed cooperation between St. Petersburg, Finland and Finnish cities,” the office said.
